Xnails was founded in China in 2025, born from a reflection by our founder, Yvonne, on her own experiences with manicures:
“Like every girl who loves beauty, I used to be a regular at nail salons. But gradually, I realized that maintaining that touch of sophistication on my fingertips came at a steep price—not money, but time. As a professional woman, I found that spending three to four hours on a manicure was a luxury. Half of a beautiful weekend would simply be locked away in a narrow nail salon chair.” ......

What is the return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products—your satisfaction is our service priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we support return requests within 15 days of receipt.
Please Note:
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unworn, and unused, with all packaging accessories (such as adhesive tabs, alcohol pads, etc.) intact. Since press-on nails are personal hygiene products, once the packaging is opened or the nails have been tried on or trimmed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team, explain the reason for the return, and obtain the return address.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, the following situations fall under Final Sale and are not applicable to our standard return policy:
- All sale items, promotional bundles, and similar categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. This will be specifically marked on the product detail page at the time of sale.
- Custom press-on nails (such as orders where you specified special sizes, lengths, or pattern modifications) are exclusive custom products and do not support returns.
- Any press-on nails that have been opened or used are considered final sale for hygiene reasons.
When will I get my order?
We aim to get the beautiful nails to you as soon as possible! Order processing and delivery times are as follows:
Order Processing Time: Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 business days of placement (custom orders may take up to 7 business days). Delays may occur during holidays.
Shipping Time:
US Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7 business days.
*Note:* International shipping typically requires around 7 business days, depending on customs clearance speed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to check your package’s real-time location at any time.

All Xnails products are carefully designed and production is supervised by our team.
- Design & Craftsmanship: Our design team is located in both China and the US, responsible for capturing the latest trends and creating original designs.
- Manufacturing: Our press-on nails are crafted and polished by hand. Every single nail piece undergoes strict curvature testing and quality control to ensure top-tier salon-quality standards.
We strictly select raw materials to ensure all nails and adhesives meet safety standards, giving you peace of mind while wearing them.
